I had a problem with a buyer, they were abusive with the compensation, it would cost more than the cards themselves. In the middle of the discussion, the buyer blocked me. I was always correct and respectful, and always trying a reasonable non-abusive solution. They voted me horribly.
I contacted then support, regarding the block issue, not the feedback. In the past, I have blocked a seller and they automatically put me on vacation for a week with no questions... They answer that I must wait for the feedback resolution (why? I'm not complaining about feedback!) A week later, the feedback resolution was still unresolved, so I complained again and I was just instructed me to continue waiting. The seller NEVER went on vacation.
Few days later, feedback resolution was over, and as usual, they didn't even read my explanation, nothing changed. Support never contacted me again about my complain, and when I persisted, I never got an answer.
Conclusion: If you do business in this platform, and have to deal with support, this may happen:
-You'll be unheard and unanswered.
-You'll be have to wait for loooong time for no reason and probably no result.
-The resolution for you will not be the same as previous resolutions of identical problems.
-Abusive behaviors will or will not punished, according to the supporter mood.
To Cardmarket managers: You should treat your problems of unreading and inconsistency, and of course, silence is not an answer for a respectable and professional support. By the way, the link to Trustpilot should be given EVERY time, not only when the resolution of the problem was smooth. This si why the stats shown here are unrealistic.
Out of all support services I've get in touch so far in my life, I can guarantee that cardmarket suport has been BY FAR the best of all, f***ing hands down.
Not only they provide you with useful information everytime but they ACTUALLY listen to your problems which is extremely rare in big companies like this

Cards for the best prices in a great community!

Best customer support ever. They always awsered by tickets in less then 2 hours. Awesome
Customer support is an easy 10/10, this is why I buy and sell cards here, Its a safe and good environment!
I have been on cardmarket since 2018 their service is great, I had two issues (tracking mail not received and fake card) and both were professionally resolved.
Very helpful and understanding people.
Received a little refund for some issues with the French postal office.
Cardmarket is comprehensive, listening to your problem
and untill now always took a fair decision. They are also answering very quickly.

About 2k euro spent on this platform and the first time i got a shipment lost for cards i had bought they helped with all the info needed and also refunded after it couldnt been solved.
